Kalindhi Bhatia is a Principal Associate at BTG Legal in the digital business and regulatory practice of the firm.

 

Kalindhi has experience in joint ventures, acquisitions and general corporate advisory for both Indian and foreign clients. She has advised reputed foreign companies on investing in India, and setting up business in India. Her clients have been established companies in the sectors of digital payments, social media, big data, e-commerce, and telecom. Her work at BTG Legal includes drafting and negotiating share purchase and shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts. Kalindhi also advises clients on data privacy, payments, online broadcasting and intermediary regulations.

 

Kalindhi graudated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2013. She previously worked as a management trainee at Aditya Birla Group, and joined BTG Legal in 2014.
