Shloka Vaidialingam is a Principal Associate at BTG Legal in the corporate advisory, digital business, renewables, financial services and private equity practices of the firm.

Shloka has extensive experience, in mergers, acquisitions, funds and general corporate advisory to both Indian and foreign clients. Her clients have been established companies and institutional investors engaged in the sectors of real estate, logistics, food and beverage, solar energy, automobile manufacturing and digital payments. She has advised reputed offshore funds on fund formation, trusts and regulations in relation to alternative investment vehicles in India.

As counsel, Shloka has also handled litigation mandates in district courts and the High Court of Delhi and advised on commercial litigation strategy to both Indian and foreign companies.

Shloka qualified from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and also holds a B.A. (Hons.) Economics undergraduate degree from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She has previously been law clerk to the Company Judge at the High Court of Delhi and worked with the Delhi office of Dua Associates for five years.
